We would like to congratulate our newly elected school board officers! At the January 25th meeting of the Marshall County School District Board election of new officers was carried out. We would like to congratulate and thank our new President, Leslie King; our new Vice President, Linder Luse; and new Secretary, Kerry Hale. We look forward to the leadership that these individuals will provide in the coming years.
We would also like to take the opportunity to thank our former President, Mark Turner. Mark's longtime service as school board president has seen the district through many changes over the years and his leadership has been a constant that we can all be grateful for. Mr. Turner will remain as a regular school board member, and will continue to contribute in valuable ways moving forward.
